For all but the smallest and largest projects we often recommend Agile Project Management practices as we find that it is often an ideal match for our clients needs and availability. - Planning: We help you establish overall goals and break them down into easily managed parts and rapidly delivered parts. Parts are broken down into backlog items.
- Meeting management and communication: We establish optimal meeting schedules, moderate meetings and ensure that everyone has the information they need to get their job done and keep the project moving.
- Scheduling: We create realistic deadlines that are met through all stages of the project.
- Team Management: By managing the project team(s) we give technical staff the ability to focus on their tasks and optimize the efficiency of the project.
- Tracking: We follow and report on the project pieces and update schedules and expectations. The reporting timeframes can vary from monthly, to weekly or daily based on your needs. Team reporting and tracking is never less than weekly or daily.
